Here’s How It Works

A few days before your appointment you will receive a text message or email from the Mankato Clinic.  Click on the link provided and follow the simple prompts.  You will be able to update items such as insurance, contact information and even pay your copay. When you arrive, let our check-in staff know you are here. We may have a few questions or forms. Then have a seat.   

It is so simple!  No passwords, no app to download.  Your personal health information is always private and secure.  Self check-in will launch this spring at select clinic locations and expand to all locations this summer.  Patients may continue to check in with staff in person when they arrive the day of their appointment.
