Prior to joining the Mankato Clinic, Farrow spent over 19 years with Allina Health Systems in multiple roles including; president of their River Falls Area Hospital, administrator/CEO of the Mille Lacs Health System, and Chief Financial Office for the Cambridge Medical Center.
