(MANKATO) October 1, 2024 ─ Mankato Clinic was recognized for its outstanding quality at UCare’s 16th annual “A Salute to Excellence!” event on September 19 in Minneapolis. Mankato Clinic was one of 23 clinics and care systems with top results in 2023 Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) measures – including preventive care, disease management, behavioral health, maternity care, care transitions and medication management.
Mankato Clinic was honored for improving the health of UCare members enrolled in Medicare, Minnesota Senior Health Options, Special Needs BasicCare (SNBC) and PMAP/MinnesotaCare plans.
“We are proud to be recognized for improving the health of UCare members across all plans. Our care quality results show that we are making a positive difference in our patients’ health and quality of life. Achieving this award is truly a team effort,” Dr. Andrew Lundquist, Mankato Clinic Chief Medical Officer, says.
“The health care partners we’re honoring tonight are truly the best of the best at delivering effective, quality care,” said UCare CEO Hilary Marden-Resnik at the event. “This evening of celebration, gratitude and awards is always special. UCare could not live up to our mission of improving the health of our members without the critical work of our providers every day on the frontlines of care.”
